There is no such thing as "Screamo".

I literally just made an account to come on here and tell MILF that she should really get to know people if she is gonna speak for them, Because I know both Hopsin and SwizZz listen to the music uninformed people would call "Screamo". Don't believe me? Go to there pages on The Funk Volume Website and they list a few bands they listen to.

Oh and I agree Screamo isn't an official genre, and If you can't tell the difference between the genres ignorant people say are all "Screamo" then that just means you don't have musical talent, but don't feel bad they put really simple stuff on "Mainstream" radio for people like you, Which oddly are the musicians Hopsin and SwizZz usually diss.

Alas, when I am talking to my friends that don't listen to the music I do, I will say screamo so I don't have to see their confused faces when I say "Found a cool new Post-Hardcore band."
Oh and a page back someone was saying something about them screaming nothing and getting payed, We'll believe it or not, but when there screaming they are actually saying whole sentences and stories, Amazing I know, and there not always sad or angry either. Furthermore screaming like that takes skill, I bet you couldn't do it, much less for whole sets on a stage, just try I dare you.

Back to the main reason I came here, the reason these Rappers, who are so far from any of the genres listed, listen to this kind of music is because they are musicians and understand it takes skill and perseverance to make music... Unless you just steal it, which happens.

Scermo had become a big Genera for many ppl including my self.
Its wide like you have stated and thats just a word to fit all those into one genera.

Widely Growing and it is considered a Genera as to many big Music sites Have it as there.

I have 3679 songs on my ipod, all of which my sister downloaded. Plenty of them are what I consider screamo but none of their genres say screamo. It's not official but so many are similar if there's a lot of screaming I have no other way of classifying it.
