I would say never go with free hosting when you 1st start. i would use Ixam its around 2$ and its a great plan.

Other then that this a great tut and should help anyone who is new to starting a forum site.

Yea but if you're new to making a site the chances of you knowing how to switch hosting is slim. I hardly know how

No. You have to back up all the files and the sql then reupload the sql and files.
