I would say never go with free hosting when you 1st start. i would use Ixam its around 2$ and its a great plan.

Other then that this a great tut and should help anyone who is new to starting a forum site.

Yea but if you're new to making a site the chances of you knowing how to switch hosting is slim. I hardly know how

No. You have to back up all the files and the sql then reupload the sql and files.

Great tutorial. This can be very helpful to anyone who is looking to start a website.

Also, I've never heard of WAMP. I'll be sure to check that out soon.
