Its pretty much common sense that ALL RS "Ddosing" programs, Generators and so on are BS.

Ddoser's do exist, I've built my own. Actually, mine is a RAT (Remote Administration Tool), but it includes a Ddoser. As it goes for actually getting a IP for a runescape character, good luck, getting AN IP is easy, but knowing who is who is HARD.

You would have to talk them into skype calling, MSNing you, or anything to have a direct P2P connection with the user to actually have a definite answer.
