Thinking about a contest.

Thinking I can do a contest involving MW3 or GTA or SR3. One of the three. And the three rewards for the top three contestants could be a 1600 MSP card and two other things.

So I need your help here. What type of contest would I do? NOT a giveaway. Should the prizes be first winner get this or first winner gets to pick his/her prize. And I need suggestions on what the two other prizes could be so start posting!
