For the Bo2 package, does unlock all include all Calling Cards? Also, do we get to decide what the stats will be? If not, what will they be? (K.D, W/L) for a Master Prestige

It does include calling cards. You can pick your own specific stats.

What is the banning % for bo2? pretty interested.

Is there any way I can just get Spectrum camo unlocked and thats it. And when you say Spectrum camo unlocked no recovery is the camo permanent?
