Thoughts on online or long distance relationships?

I find your outlook on this subject to be slightly ignorant without a real reason as to why you're against it. I had dated a girl for a year going through freshman to sophomore year awhile back, and you know, it wasn't bad. We had mutual friends IRL and obviously it wasn't some old 50 year old getting off to the idea of whatever the hell they do. I was pretty happy, until I figured out she was just a boring fuck. Since then I've found that if you are to have a long distance relationship, make sure you two genuinely keep each other entertained. As well as, don't wait too long to meet each other. If you wait all too long, once you meet in person it may not ever be the same.

My outlook on this subject is: Do what makes you happy, because at the end of the day if it doesn't affect me I don't care all too much.

It truly is weird from the outside, I currently have a close family member going through the same thing. High school sweet hearts going to different universities. It's hard, but they seem to be able to manage themselves. I can understand your point either way.

Long distance relationships very from how far the person is.. Most people can handle it pretty well.. Although some people can't, it's not recommended to do so.
