/Thread Can I still get Onyx?

[Patch]

As some of you may know I bought Power without reading that you had to have Donator and Onyx for it to be valid.
However I found that out after I had already bought it.
After a few days I noticed this on my profile http://gyazo.com/0e35df5b3efd554329076f076ffb4a94
So does that mean I was granted Power but I don't actually get it - if you know what I'm tryna say here.
So is there someway I can be either refunded or replaced with Onyx or did I just waste 40 koins.

That means you don't officially have Power until you purchase Donator and Onyx. It means you spent the Koins and got the memebrship, but it isn't valid until receiving Donator and Onyx.

EDIT: took unnecessary actions -- sounds like you need to purchase Onyx and Donator to activate Power.
Ask Philly if you can get your Onyx instead.

First you won a contest but did not get an upgrade
Second you bought power without following the instructions.

You will have Power. You just have to get Onyx + Donator first. You have the item for Power, so you're good.

Yeah Cam is right you will still get Power but you just need to get Donator and the other upgrade and then you will be just fine.

They should make it unavailable for users without the requirements to even be allowed to purchase Power or any rank without meeting the requirements

Especially after waiting so much time to upgrade, hopefully you get a refund or you get onyx.

Everyone saying to PM Philly to ask for the Onyx upgrade as well clearly did not read the post.
He HAS received the Power upgrade, it has been applied to his account.

To use it he simply has to purchase the Onyx upgrade and donate $10 to receive the Donator award, and then he will be allowed to use his Power upgrade.
He won't get a refund, and he won't get the Onyx upgrade from this because he already has Power.

So Patch, just get Onyx and the Donator award and then you will be allowed to use the Power upgrade you paid for.

Unfortunately Koin purchases are currently on-refundable just like any other payment method we accept. You however received your Power upgrade as another member stated you just need to get Onyx and Donator at absolutely any time and Power will be added to your profile at that time.
