Thread Prefix

Only upgraded members should be able to have "glowing" thread prefixes. Just something that adds incentive to members upgrading.

Another reason for members to upgrade, good idea.

Eh, I don't really think this would attract people much more. But I do agree this could be a good idea. It'd make upgraded members stand out even a little more.
