how do i make my thread title blue like the people who have a Blue [OG] Title or [Community Warning] Title

there is presets for some subforum sections, when creating a thread it should say to the left "OG/Semi/Main" for gamertags and such on.

They're prefixes. You can only use them in certain sections in the marketplace.
