Threatened to Legal Action because of my Username!

So, I rarely ever check my MSN email, because I only ever use it for MSN.

I decided to check it today, and suprise suprise, I have an email waiting for me from Bree Olson's agency..



I use the name "Bree Olson" for many things, forums, sites and a few of my email addresses are bree.olson.

I found it hilarious that they took the time to try this on me.

My reply, as you can imagine, was quite blunt.. I basiclly told them, if they can provide legal documents to prove that the name is copyrighted, id change, until then, they can sit on it and swivel!

Now I just wait for the reply

Their grammar isn't even correct lol. Ask for them to prove themselves as the owner of the site or who ever they claim to be.

F3aR, I will be calling the agency tomorrow to confirm the legitimacy of it.

And Oddsac, im far from worried, lol. I just reeled off a shitload of legal statements to them. They will probablly realise not to fuck with me and just leave it. They have no case anyway.

That sounds fake,stupid, and ridiculous. I would not believe it at all. Just email bomb them, and be like bitch what now!

Lexar, the thing that interests me, is that IF it is fake, whoever it is from took the time and effort to find out which agency and person at that agency deals with Bree.

I have a feeling its because of one of my paypal accounts which is actually under the name of Bree Olson.

We shall find out more tomorrow when I can call them. And besides, if it is real, il play my cards very carefully, as I might be able to wangle some more free signed porn dvd's from her


EDIT: Also, F3aR, I dont give that email address out to people. Only about 5 people have it for msn.

No offence to anyone that has said "It looks fake" or "It doesnt look official"

But none of you know that unless you have been emailed by that company before.. Every company has there own way of emailing, and I know a few that dont use pre-set sigs.

We will know if its legit when I call them tomorrow. The agency DOES manage Bree, so its beleivable to me with the currently possesed information.

I got 2 emials regarding legal action such as this and they do look the same. I was saying they messed up on grammar. Calling them would be the best idea and whats up with bree? Why is it bad to the intent of taking legal actions?

Shes a pretty famous pornstar, lol.

Anyways, I called them today, and it was indeed a legit email. Was on the phone for about 30mins from the UK to America, and basiclly, he backed down once he realised I knew what I was talking about. He started off like a cocky fool, then by the end of the convo we were joking around. I even asked him to get bree to email me rofl.
