I honestly have no clue how we would build one though.

And it would only be useable by government agencies and the elite and wealthy people

I think it probably will be, though not anytime soon.

We will never time travel. Time is not something that can be altered. It's physically impossible.

And if someone ever discovered it, they better just destroy the machine or whatever they use. Because before we know it someone will go back in time and save Hitler or some shit. Butterfly affect.
