I just wanted to say that JaGeX does NOT read appeals, they randomly accept or decline them. But the chance for it to get accepted is very slim.
I've seen people post like "Fuck you Fagex go and die" and still got accepted.
I'll get some pics later, too tired now.

Lol, the fun part is that im learning 2 other languages right now, one including french which is incredibly hard.
