To help get rid of some groups / change groups

You can offer a buyback scheme to get rid of some of the groups on the forum. I'm sure you have an idea about something similar.
This could either be for cash at your discretion, or you should offer account upgrades / koins.

E.g - 'John' wants to sell his group for $100, but no-one is buying it.
John is currently an Onyx member
He could then 'trade' in his group for an upgrade to Power/Power+/Supporter or "x" amount of koins

Would help you to get rid of some of these groups on the market and it's a start to clearing up the mess. Just a suggestion dunno what you think of it.

Also, you should strongly re-evaluate both the transfer fee's for awards and groups. No one is buying them probably 90% because of this.

I would be willing to do that with as many group owners want to do that, at this time I just don't have the funds to offer cash for them at this specific time or I would, site-related trades all day long, of course.

Offering on-site items is much better than cash, like Hobbs said.

Don't think if a user doesn't want their group that they would want other on-site items either. And most group owners are already fully upgraded.

He was using that as an example, you could also trade in higher user groups obviously.

Most people selling groups are done with FK so they probably wouldn't want onsite items.
I do like this idea though...

Well, I see a lot of group owners who aren't maxed out - so this could appeal to them I guess.
Always good to have another option.
