To with whom you take side, the victim's or the acccused?

In so many controversial crime cases, people usually take side and give their own judgement and merit of the case. I always found the accused on the losing ground and always victims of public trial while the victim having all the sympathy . With whom to you usually taker side with? To the victim or to the accused.

I wouldn't side with anyone yet. Although my heart would bleed for the victim, still, we wouldn't know if the accused is really the culprit here. Most of the times, they too have become victims by becoming as fall guys. Of course my sympathy would always go for the victim but siding with them wouldn't do justice. This is a very sensitive matter, so the best thing to do is to make sure that justice be served and the criminals be put behind bars.

if accused has really not done crime i will support them.but not sure.
