It doesn't matter who turboed the tag, what matters is he felt bad and me, tony, and trophy have forgiven him and it's in everyones best interest that the user who did infact turbo the tag has no enforcement taken against him.

This tag bellonged to the banned user h6te and he told me he wasnt ever gonna sell it. Seeing this now and knowing it just got turboed i wouldnt reccomend buying this tag. Also this user has been nothing positive from what ive seen.
