I have a PP account and it has $37.82 on it, But it isn't verified so I can't send it, So if someone can send Phenom $37.00 I will give you my PP account.

i can do this but i dont want an unverified paypal....

just make a fake etrade.com account and link it to your paypal, it should work again
 
I have a VCC if you want to verify it with that?
