Someone could use as is, since it's never going to be recovered, or SE Microshit into changing it or swapping the email. The account comes with 840 MSP Pre-loaded, ready to be email/tag swapped.

I wouldn't have traded for Dik. It looks terrible and could be FNC'd or banned with reports.

Multiple reports on the tag, without the tag being offensive, will lead to a perma ban. People don't have offensive tags and are banned for complaints, yours has a possibility to. I'm not talking about a FNC, I'm talking about a ban because your gamertag as you said was on the no-FNC list. There is no such thing as a no ban list, just a no-FNC list for tags.
