If you have a wish to improve your health , muscles etc. ask me here ,because like i said i train a lot and i know a lot about that kind of life.

Tomorrow i will upload a pic of my home-gym ,and maybe soon some videos too.

Until then post your requests and i will answer them.
 
@ Noreturn: So you have around 40kg , right? If you have some stamina and will for this you should start with 1/3 of your body weight which is around 15 kg.

@ popular101: To start training abs you should first lose some weight by RUNNING , JOGGING. Do not start developing abs until then because you wont achieve almost anything.When you lose some weight and get some stamina then start doing on your abs.

To make a 6pack is really hard, make sure your slim 1st or it will happen just like it did to me.

I have a 6t pack under a layer of fat and its so hard of getting rid of it :S

My advice:

Jog
Skip rope
Make abs leaned
 
@ Icon: I know that but Jogging have more effect than skipping rope.You will get stamina faster and also lose some weight .
 
I dont have time for exercise thats why I now have double chin.. I want to remove it but how?? can anyone tell me thanks.
 
Icon i think jogging is the best i have a younger brother he lost 15 kilos in one month by jogging.
 
I dont want to have 6 packs... Im contented if my double will be gone can you all give me a tips on how can I remove it in natural way thanks.

Well that's why i made this topic to help out.
So what do you do to not have time for it?
And if you have time and you think everyone will laugh at you because you are "fat" and you started training IGNORE THEM.
I have a friend that had 15 years and 98 kg. TRUE ,He came to me(he used to be my classmate) and told me his problem.
Then i started to jog with him. Now he is 16 and have 75-79 kg.
His whole body figure changed (true is he is a little tall but he is not fat anymore).If you still don't trust my friend should join today and he will confirm it.


Hey for those who didn't know its Alta�¯r ibn La-Ahad 's brother who lost weight.
 

Yea had did came to you House gym and for help But he had about 105 kg and he has 80 now, looks like a diffrent guy.
 

By only jogging he lost weight...
And the problem is theres no gym in our place lol///
 
training MMA 2 months.. realy good thing usefull in self-defense etc
 
@ holy_kamote: You don't need a gym to become fit.
All you need is to jog a lot , eat some more veggies , and for the gym you can do push ups, abs , and you can find some big book like Harry Potter <-- i started that way "lifting book" ; and a lot of WILL to train everyday.
 
I think I cant do that activities regularly coz I have to go to school every monday-sat...
 
Well I have to go to school every monday-friday, but still have 3hrs per week to train, and it's enought for me
 
Can you believe that I'm now doing abs next to brothers laptop with this forum on background.
So training and posting goes together.
