I'm assuming it's an account you own. If you have forgotten the email but know the URL, you have to email support@tumblr.com and just straight up tell them you forgot the email. They will then respond asking for your IP address so they can verify that your IP matches the IP sign in history on the account. Once you give them your IP they should respond within 24 hours with your email.
