Turboing? What is it?

Lately i've been on alot of forums and there's been a mass discussion on watching out for "turboers". What does turboing a tag mean? I just feel i should know since i'm a first time buyer and it sounds like something of importance.

its when people have a program that clicks check avability very very fast so when people swar they dont get theyre tags

Yeah it's a program that takes a tag while somebody is swapping it over to their main or whatever. Just don't tell anyone you're swapping the tag and wait awhile after buying it before swapping and you should be fine.

It is not necessarily a program. You can do it manually, although, a program will make it a lot easier.

Say someone buys an og or semi and another random guy knows the tag was just bought, he might go onto xbox and keep checking the availability of the name rapidly until he gets it because the new buyer is probably swapping the tag.

A program that constantly tries to claim a tag, usually after knowing someone is swapping and wants to grab it before they do.

Yea people just basically take the tag when its being swapped to another account.

Jesus man, thats some messed up shit lol. How long do you guys normally wait? I have this really nice tag im buying soon, it would be a buzzkill to have this done to me.

i'd say do it right away, and dont tell anyone about the tag, or wait a week or 2

Don't tell anyone the name of the tag and wait a couple days and make sure the guy who sold you the tag is offline.

well i came up with a nice new way to get around the turbo people lol its the only way to make a safe trade to someone and past this changing your name over to your main is something you do at your own discretion but you can change the email on the account name to a nonexistant email adress and make up a new password for it and just give him the email its under and he can make the email adress presto the acc is his and he doesnt actually have to touch the name but this is still a method that takes a middle man hey if u guys see any problems with this method i would love to hear them because i would like to perfect this way and get a safer way for us to trade
