Should I get this from sw (free), big bones 164k 103m, dragon bones 37k i think ~230m, frost dragon ~14k ~300m i think. lul I'm not to sure but they are rough estimates what is the best/quickest way to get it up.
I ONLY HAVE 3M CASH HMK. so ya. no don't say sell bank cuz it wont be near enough...

Not really. A friend of mine used an altar for 70 prayer, then the 2.2k? Zeal for 95 only took about 2 months there.

I think you should decide based on how much GP you're averaging an hour in your money making method.
 
well if you got alot of money then i should do Frost dragon bones since thats the fastest but if not then do soulwars then its free and you also get str/att/def/ranged/magic exp

Others are, as you said, too much cash.
 
Frost drag bones until like 80, then soul wars if you can't afford.
