1. Go to zune.net
2. Click on "Download Zune Software"
3. Install Zune Software..when its finished downloading
4. Launch zune software
5. Sign in at top right hand corner
6. Then click settings (right next to "Sign in")
7. Then account
8. And you will see the options to edit profile and send messages!!! Enjoy!
