[TUTORIAL]How to choose your OS?

Hello Guys, hYdra again with an another Tut!

A perfect operating system does not exist. Every OS has positive and negative points associated with it. Microsoft Windows is the OS used by the majority of computer users despite its security flaws. The reason behind that is because it is easily the most compatible OS and it also comes with other very useful software like Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer. Mac OS X is probably the top choice for graphic design, but the biggest problem is that it can't run many programs that Microsoft Windows can.
Unix has been around for a long time and it's a good choice for networking but it can be very expensive, not to mention that it's complex, which would discourage new computer users. The greatest benefit to Linux is that is free. It is also completely customizable. However, very few software vendors release any products to run on it.

The list of the todays most used OS's
Windows 7 - Good for newer games, and for work
Windows Vista - Bad for all games, good for work
Windows XP - Good/Bad on newer games, excellent on older, good for work
CentOS - Good for Networking, good for work
Ubuntu - Same as CentOS

In short, every OS is good, its a matter of personal choice. You choose what you want, and nobody has the right to tell you that your OS sucks, since it depends from person to person what he likes/dislikes.

I wouldn't really find this a tutorial, just you telling us a few things about operating systems.

I would disagree with the vista.

You see I had vista, I couldnt even load a youtube vid, I couldnt do anything, I couldnt code because It came up with errors.
I could do nothing.
Then I got myself win7 and now my laptop plays CSS, codes VB and c++, And I load a youtube vid on less than 1 sec.

Vista aint good for anything.

Vista is very good in my opinion. It's basic, and I like that.

You had good intentions making this thread but its not nearly as descriptive as it needs to be if you're expecting someone to learn something from it. For instance, if someone doesn't know what CentOS is, the following is meaningless.
