Tutorial Section

We need a tutorial section in the Webmaster section, with the sub-forums: MyBB, phpBB..etc.

I really love posting tutorials, but I put it in the Webmaster Configuration/Resources I believe.

I think they fall fine in the "Website Resources" section. I consider tutorials as resources.
