It's very very simple, just import the accounts in
format. Then type the account you want to follow in the textbox and click start.

Post here with any problems. I haven't been able to test this because I don't have any twitter accounts to test with.
Basically you can use this to make your twitter account look popular, but if you have hacked twitter accounts that means they're real followers and you may be able to use them to direct traffic.
