I know it's a long shot that I'll find the owner but does anyone know who owns @OGR on Twitter? I got scammed out of a handle by @Bulls on Twitter last year (he "offered" it to me in a "trade") and regardless of whether he really owns it or not I'd like to know who does because I may be interested in buying it.
