I own the account @TheFunnySayings. I will give you shoutouts if you pay me.. You can check every tweet for favorites and retweets and can tell that the followers aren't botted. I did buy this account, I had this since June 2011. Its a comedy quote page that promos with other quote pages to gain followers. I'm sure most of you follow it.
