If i buy a twitter without the original email, can that person pull back if i verify phone, and email, and secure it and all that? meaning can he pull back just because hes the original owner or is that only IG?

I would just swap the username to a fresh and secure account

It can be done but I havent seen it done in a long time besides when @RIP got pulled back. You should be pretty good.

Yes twitter accounts can be easily pulled back. IF they are the OG owner with the Og ip they will 100% get it back however if it has went through like 10 owners twitter will say its unable to verify you as owner and you wont be able to pull it back.

Just buy with OG email and delete it or something or buy a turbo and swap it

Enable two step verification,
Delete all previous devices,
swap email 3 times,
make sure you receive the current email,
verify everything.
hopefully this helped, I've had a kid trying to pull back a stat twitter of mine for ages and he's been unsuccessful every time.
