I have a twitter under the character limit. 
I'd like to change the capitalization. 

Is there a way is this possible?

The only way I would think is if you email support and they do it for you. I've never seen it done though.

Yes it can be done, but not by yourself.

I've done this before and didn't have any problem with it.

Create a Twitter support ticket and ask for them to change your first letter of your username to a capital. They will respond within a few hours or days and that will be it.
