Two of the same awards?

Why are there two Detective awards ?
One is a user owned award which is pointless 
And one is owned by FK. 

Does that mean I can make an award that means the same thing as another and just change the image ? 

Example : I'll buy an award call it phillys helper and change the icon and hand it out ? What's point.

I didn't come up with the idea, it was magic. It sounded good to me so i went with it, and added it to the poll just for giggles and it won.
