Unable to Rep [Apparently Not Posting 10 Characters]

Has anybody else had this problem? I've been trying to neg the same person for like 30 minutes, and it says that I'm not posting a 10 character comment (when I clearly am).

Yeah, I had this happen repeatedly on mobile.

I had to go on desktop mode to get it to work.

Oh, alright. I'll have to try that out.
