Unban Instagrams/Regain access

Anybody know how or have a template of some sort on how to get an Instagram unbanned, I've had an account banned for a while now and when my @caribo* got banned I had one of my friends who said he could unban it do it but then he kept the @ so I kinda don't wanna resort to that again considering this @ is very nice and never seen in the marketplace, please pm me if you can help ( by this I mean if you can give me tips or pointer.. No I will not be paying you or buying a method so if that's what you're looking for don't bother)
