Unban Question

My friend got banned last week for scamming. I talked sense into him and told him karma was gonna get him, and then he got banned.

But I think I read that the only way he would be unbanned is if he resolves it. The guy charged back and got his money back, so how could my friend get back on the site if the guy has his money back? Or is he just perma-fucked?

What's his username? Just wondering, and if the guy who got scammed had to charge back to get his money back, then no, the scammer shouldn't be let back because he didn't offer to just refund him.

I'll PM ya lol, but he had no time to do it. He had the money like 30 minutes.

If he didn't intentionally give the money back, I don't think it is allowed. He should create a thread in the Pardon Requests section, but that is only if his ban has been a full month. If not, he must serve it in full. Another option is a thread creation in the Ban disputes section. I believe he should return stripped off of Marketplace privileges and a DWC user-bar, it only seems fair but that's my personal thought. Hopefully you can get this resolved!
