Nobody can just "unban" an account.

Do you mean you are wanting someone to help call Xbox for you? If so, then you should probably give us more info on why you were banned first.

You can also talk to Xbox Support about your ban being withdrawn which is rare. Also, make sure it's a ban and not just a suspension. They send you an E-Mail regarding your ban most of the time. I'd check that if you haven't already.

Well yeah to help me. This account also got banned from Marketing i believe.

Is this a permanent ban? And were you actually breaking the rules, so your ban WAS fair?

If so, I don't think you can get unbanned. Unless you were hacked you can try talking to them about that.

Actually i bought the account after it was banned. I only know it was banned for marketing
