fncing the tag by changing the name isnt the smartest idea considering it will TOS your name, but if this aint it and its something else HMU Im interested

No, your account won't get banned from this. You're not doing anything wrong from doing this apart from social engineering, which Microsoft won't know.

That's most people on this forum to be honest. I'd understand if I was part of a group that I'd probably give it to them for free, but I'm not.
