As the title states, I will be unlimiting PayPal accounts. Doesn't matter what country the account is - I can do any. This requires your login information, from there I'll take a look at the account before I do anything and if it will be possible - it most likely will be. I can only do accounts which have real addresses or ones which at least look real. This service can take anywhere from one day to two weeks so be prepared to wait, although, what else were you planning on doing with your locked account anyway?
I expect payment upon account unlock, payment will be 20% of the account balance which I will send to myself once the unlock is completed. Payment is required beforehand for 0 balance accounts and will be a set price. Only accepted method is PayPal.
