Well Echoes basically told me I sucked with Photoshop, so I'm trying to get better.

Honestly it isn't bad since your learning. Blend the cropped in pictures together more to give it a not cropped picture look.

Truthfully, it's not bad considering how much you changed. You gotta make the image more fluent, meaning that it appears as though the first image was the original. It takes some practice and some reading of tuts, but in the end, you profit lots of learning.

By the way, don't start with big areas, start with small signatures or avatars. Also download a shitload of brush packages and fonts as well as a ton of renders. My personal favorite background btw is Carbon Fiber

I don't like doing avatars or signatures.
