Update hacking section

The hacking section should be removed as there is no use for it, unless http://www.hackdiscussion.com/ is going back up, but I cannot see that happening, it was there for people to discuss hacking but seeming as that link is inactive there is really no point in having the section. Besides the forum doesn't support blackhat activity as far as I know that's why selling such items is not aloud. I guess if this happens then the award should be removed or used for something else.

I was also going to mention this; along with the "PhotoKorner" I believe it was called, correct me if I'm wrong.

I think we could extend this section. Maybe create a totally new section for just exploitations, website flaws and genuinely just hacking.

Hopefully they bring something like this back.

Well website exploiting and similar things like that is resolved around hacking.

Hopefully Philly gives us consideration for this idea, it's good that we're obliged to make such a great call out.

I'm actually very unsure with what happened. Maybe there was a situation or a debate so they closed it.
