Reaperrr here going to start a thread of me gaining from this year in football. I'll start out with my stats and pictures over 4 months of lifting! :sneaky:

I'm 15 almost 16... I'm severely underweight... 2.6 on the BMI under

Your 16?! I'm 14 and I can bench about 100 pounds like 3 times. Don't know about anything else, buy one of those protein powder jars and just drink a protein shake twice a week or however much your supposed to drink.

Yeah, age doesn't matter. This 13 year old bench's 135 plus. haha He is in 8th grade this upcoming year.
