Upgrade help

I was going to try to upgrade to onyx but when I go to the license agreement and scroll through it and he continue. It pops up that the form isn't secure and asked me if I want to continue and I hit yes then it basically refreshes the page and won't do anything. I'm on my phone trying to do it, it is becaus I'm to new or will I have to do it on a PC?

When you click "Continue" does it bring you back to the license agreement? if so i tried just now and it keeps doing that, probably a issue on @Philly's end or something.

I dont think the actual page is setup. The Terms aren't for ONYX. Its either a redirect or Philly or the new owner are setting something new up

That upgrade page is down and has been for a month+, there is noway for me to fix it at this time if you would like to upgrade you must pm me, thanks.
