I just bought a 2010 macbook pro, and it has the stock 500GB 5400 RPM HDD. Well I want to upgrade and buy a SSD, but I have no idea what I am doing.

Link of the Macbook Pro Specs: http://support.apple.com/kb/SP582

Something I need to buy? http://store.mcetech.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=OBSXGB-UNB

Idk what kind I need to buy? Sata II or Sata III? I really know know. Specs of the MBP don't tell me.

These work:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227796

I have no idea. I was originally looking at about a 60GB SSD, but I want to get rid of the 500GB HDD, and 60GB wouldn't be enough. Should I try for a bigger SSD?

I really don't know what to do. Any help? Guides? Tutorials? Videos?

I think I linked you to a video in the previous thread you made. About Sata II or III I don't know.

That's what I need to figure out most. I guess I need to actually get into the MBP when it gets here today and look at what kind it is.
