So I upgraded to Onyx this morning but I was just wondering how long it usually takes to actually give me the upgrade.
Or was I supposed to buy Supporter first. I'm new to this so please no hate

It isn't an automatic process so as far as I know you will have to wait till @"Philly" can deal with it.
It should be done soon for you hopefully. Just drop him a PM also, although I am sure he will get to it asap.

Philly is inactive at the moment. Contact him on PMs to get your upgrade. It's hard for him to do it all, seeing as how he's the only admin on the site.

Well @philly is literally running the site on his own right now (and his 2 mods) :/ so it may take some time

but i think when you upgrade it says please allow 48 hours to process it

It may take up to 48 hours before you receive your upgrade. Do not contact the administrator until it has been 48 hours.

Supporter is not required for Onyx membership.

If you bothered reading the notes located at the bottom of the upgrade page you would not be surprised. There is no need in senselessly mentioning @"Philly". He will get to it when he gets to it.

Quite frankly, I would not be surprised if it took longer than usual given the recent circumstances regarding the forum team. Patience is key.
