Upgrading YOU to Elite

I would love to be upgraded because yes im not that knowledgeable in Runescape but i try to help out in the coding section all i can and whenever a member is in need i try to do my best to help him or her. The only thing holding me back from upgrading myself is money which is hard for me to come bye online. If you decide to upgrade me thank you but on hard feelings if not there are alot of great members here that are not Elite
 
Oxide, can I be reviewed for RG Elite? Thank you so much.

EDIT: If I become RG Elite I'll start giving out auths and other things that I find useful to the community. I would give them out, but I'm lazy when I'm not upgraded.
 
I'd love to get elite, do you think im qualified enough?

i really thing pyratepig would also deserve it, hes a REALLY good Graphics Artist
