So after calling paypal because it wasn't letting me pay a certain amount of money I asked "what can I do to get these chargebacks removed" the man told me "you have no chargebacks. The buyer Did NOT charge back but we at paypal put it on hold until he contacts us for further questioning" so I guess he kinda is and isn't a scammer but I need help contacting him so we can get him to contact paypal so we can all get our money back

His aim was h.ard but paypal has emailed him as well but no reply.
