user group tab

I need a user group tab created in the theme of dragon ball z.

I'm willing to PayPal someone if I like it.

The user group name is going to be " Z WARRIOR "

Incorperate a dragon ball into the tab somewhere also.

And the tab needs to have a yellow saiyan glow to it
