Userbar Dimensions?

Anyone able to provide me with the Userbar dimensions?

I know there are the Templates, but I'd like to make some custom ones.

Was this thread necessary, when all you need to do is copy an image to your clip board before opening it in PS?

The maximum file size for userbar images is 160 x 65 pixels. You're welcome.
