userbar help?

how do i add userbars to an icyboards mybb site?
like for groups? i made them i just cant apply them as i dont know the valid html

upload the image to a image based site example Photobucket
Then click the direct link or you can right click image and say copy image location and paste it in

I am not too sure on how IceyBoards run their stuff but this is how you normally do it on MyBB..
1. Make a new directly in your image directory called "userbars." (You don't have to do it this way, but for the purpose of organization. It's better.)
2. Admin control panel > Users and Groups > Groups > Group you wish to edit.
3. Scroll down to group image.
4. Put in that box /images/userbars/userbar.png (or whatever you called the userbar file.)

So basically you're just giving it direction to the directly you want it to use. You can also just upload it to imgur or something and use the link to put in the group image box but it's better to have it saved in your directories in my opinion.

Are you using an FTP client? If so you go to:
Forum root (usually called public_html) it should be in there called "images."

Hm, okay. Let's do it this way.

1. Go to your admin control panel.
2. Go to users & groups. Click groups.
3. Edit which group you want to change the userbar for.
4. Find "group image"

You can just upload your userbar that you wish to use to imgur or another image uploading site, then post that link into the group image box and that should give that group the userbar needed.
