whatever happened to the size constraints for userbars?

this ugly green smudge thing is so much bigger than every other userbar that it stretches the postbit when you've got the classic postbit enabled:

Thought all UB's were the same size. That shouldn't be allowed regardless if it isn't.

Pretty sure there are. If so, @sector has the original UB that could be used.

Yeah, there always have been size constraints, however, I guess this one slid through. The userbar doesn't loom as bad as everyone says, although I can see where it's coming from. It's just too much detail for the space. It's a bit late for a change now for one userbar, it's been months now.
