The font should be bold or something, and maybe a bit bigger. Like in the old userbars. Now all the userbars don't look as magnificent, and such. Like Sponsor used to be big and amazing, now it's just a bit of small text.

Just like RG News. But, it's supposed to be like that. The first RG is just showing that is is belonged to the site and the second RG is part of the user-group called "RG Elite". And, there's a new group so you're going to have to make another user-bar xD.

Certain ones, in my opinion, need brightened. Like, Sponsor doesn't really match the color. It seems dark and dull. Management seems that way too. Otherwise, I love them.

They're okay. I didn't see the reason to change the older ones. No one stares at the userbars, they look at the posts/threads.
